Squeezing in time to write between our crazy RV adventures and my real job has been more challenging than I expected!
I did manage to find time to publish the post I teased last week on the truly magical Watkins Glen State Park in upstate New York. Just imagine descending into a gorge carved by time and water, where you are surrounded by moss-covered stone walls and treated to the soothing sound of rushing water!

The park's most iconic spot lived up to the hype! I loved how the sun turned the green to gold in the background foliage. The water flowed much more slowly, so there wasn't much rainbow mist. However, the bridge was enough to bring fairytale images to mind!

Slow Roads & Small Moments...or are they Big Moments??
Between the sound of the waterfalls and the cool canyon air, it was easy to forget the world above. The trip into the gorge was one of the highlights of the summer for me.
As I close out the year, I still have so much to share. Pennsylvania was an epic adventure that included our first Hershey RV Show! And, if you missed it, we are finally headed to get our new RV next week!
There will be lots of real-time adventure in that experience, between dropping off the old one and moving into the new one in Chicago, IL, installing a new DC-to-DC charger in the truck, and installing solar panels on the roof of the new RV at Future Solutions in Elkart, Indiana.
Next week, I will share that adventure and kick off a Gratitude series for November, sharing my favorites of the year.
